Self-service CPaaS customers have the ability to create their own environments. If you are not a self-service customer and would like to become one, please contact support through the product dashboard, or reach out to your account manager.
First, you'll need to navigate to the "Plans & Payments" tab within your organization view.
Click the "+ Create new Environment" button as shown in the image above.
In this step you can fill out the details of your environment. Give the environment an appropriate name, select and size your services, and then click "Create Environment" - don't worry, you won't be charged in this step.
In this last step you'll need to confirm your environment details and agree to the pricing. Once you do that you can click the "Yes! Provision!" button.
